Care Guide and Product Information

Our handcrafted jewelry is for everyday wear. We source our precious metals and stones, ethically and responsibly.

Metals

Sterling Silver
Sterling silver is an alloyed form of silver which is much more suitable to use in jewelry and other metalwork. It is 92.5 percent pure silver with 7.5 percent copper.

All our silver pieces are stamped with “925” and are rhodium-plated, which adds extra lustre and durability. Due to its scarcity, rhodium is one of the most expensive precious.

24k Gold Vermeil

Pronounced : ver-may.

Vermeil is more hypoallergenic and has a thicker layer of gold than normal gold plating. We use 24k gold on all our sterling silver pieces and stamp it with “925”.

Stones

We use semi-precious gemstones, crystals, coloured glass in our jewelry.

How to take care of your jewelry
  • To keep your jewelry bright and shiny, don’t swim or shower with it.
  • Exposure to chemicals can damage, discolour and tarnish precious metals  such as Gold, Silver and Platinum and may harm some coloured gems. So avoid substances like hairspray, lotion, perfume. (We recommend avoiding those or put it on before you wear your pieces)
  • Store in a safe, dry place when not worn to protect them from the elements of daily exposure.
  • We recommend storing each item separately to avoid scratching and/or tangling.
