Noorsaa appreciates your acceptance of our realistic fulfilment and delivery delays as a small business. All Standard orders require a minimum of 5-7 business days to process (from order to shipping date). 

Priority/Expedited orders will take 2-3 business days to process (excluding delivery time). We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible.

Currently we only ship in North America. 

*All duties to be paid by the customer.

Please note* Once an item is handed over for shipping, Noorsaa is not liable for any damages, delays, stolen or lost shipments.

RETURNS

All sales are final. Noorsaa does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds at this time. 

If you receive an item that is significantly damaged, please send us a photo of the item. We’ll send you a replacement or a shop credit if your order is defective.
